CLEAR CREEK BUSINESS PARK

Located in Mint Hill, NC, the Clear Creek Business Park is a 70+ acre site focusing on Industrial and Multi-Tenant Commercial Development. Beginning in 2018, Cummings Construction partnered with MPV Properties and Berkshire Partners to develop a few of the first buildings in Clear Creek. Cummings Construction is currently working on the second phase of development with the development team. The second phase of development is set to break ground in early 2023.

The first phase of development included a 16,000 SF build to suit for ER Plumbing, two 24,000 SF office/warehouse multi-tenant buildings that were completed in early 2021.

The second phase of development will include a 16,000 SF and 20,000 SF office/warehouse for multi-tenant use to be completed in late 2023.
