Michael Camp currently serves as a Project Manager for Cummings Construction Corporation. Michael joined the company in 2000 and has more than 26 years construction management experience in the Charlotte metropolitan area. Some notable projects managed by Michael include:

- Hendrick Motorsports: Nine buildings including the Administrative Headquarters, Engine Fabrication Shop and Race Museum.

- Lance, Inc.: 50,000 Square Foot Warehouse, Conveyor Bridge and Elevator Towers.

- Scott Clark Toyota: 10,000 Square Foot Service Department and Addition.

- North State Products: 20,000 Square Foot Retail and Distribution Facility.

- Carolina Sporting Arms: 10,000 Square Foot Retail Facility.

- Sherwin Williams:  Six Retail Stores.

Michael obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering - Construction from North Carolina State University in 1981.  He is a currently President of the SouthPark Chapter of Rotary International and has been a member of Professional Construction Estimators Association since 1984.

Michael grew up in Charlotte and attended Myers Park High School.  Outside of his career, he enjoys sailing, primarily on Lake Norman, golf and community service.  He has been active in Big Brothers, Big Sisters of America,  A Better World After School Program, and The NCSU Alumni Association.
